Eggs and Easter

As is currently the norm, its coffee at Espressly Yours in Woodbury to start our Saturday. Now that the landlord is not renewing their lease, I'm not sure where we will go or what we'll do. But this is Charli and Sue at our favorite spot.

Then it was off to Jama and Papa's house to color eggs. Charli thought this was super cool. She really loved doing the tye die eggs that are a long standing family tradition in our house.

just look at that concentration....

Papa's getting another one ready as Jama puts one on the rack.

Charli loved spooning the color onto the rag/egg.

Look, a finished egg....

checking it out...

Here's a handful of the eggs that Charli did.

Easter Sunday with Jama and Papa...

I said, "CHEESE!!!"

And last but not least, I made a bunny cake. Unfortunately the best shot of the cake is the one with Charli's eyes closed. Oh, well.

All of these shots were taken with my new camera. I love the clarity. It has a lot of settings to allow for Charli's quick moves etc. I am working on getting used to it. But as I do, I'll do my best to keep current photos of Charli posted.
