Shovelin' Fun

Charli and I both had President's day off, well, I took it off. And it was fairly nice out when we got home from having coffee with Jama and her friends. So I wanted to throw out some salt and shovel the front step. Charli wanted to help. I had bought a kiddie shovel when I first moved in (they were cheap and I don't have to do much shoveling). She thought it was a lot of fun!!!

She'd look at me and smile and say, "mama, I shovelin'". I hope she still likes it when she's twelve....

She loved pushing the snow, even out into the street.

These pictures just make me smile. It's so neat to see the world through the eyes of a child and what they find fun and exciting.
