I am finally getting these pictures posted. I'm sorry it's taken me so long. You see I started this blog while I was in the adoption process to keep all my friends in family informed of what was happening. I then chose to keep the blog going once Charli came home as a means of keeping family far away informed and updated. There was one person I know of who truly enjoyed this blog and loved Charli dearly although they never met. And that person was my Aunt Lorraine. She passed away in late November and her memorial service was in early December. Charli and I were not able to travel to California because it was just so expensive especially that close to Christmas. And since then, I just haven't felt like updating this. But then a friend of mine who lives just down the street mentioned I hadn't posted any Christmas pictures or new pictures in a long time. So I guess I need to do this as there are others (even ones who live close) who check this out.
So, here are some pictures of Christmas. First Christmas Eve before we headed off to church.

And as is Wenzel tradition you only get to open one present and as Charli will soon discover it's always new pajamas. :-)

She got to open three this year. One was new jammies from Jama and Papa, new jammies from Momma and new slippers.

And then Papa read us "T'was the Night Before Christmas"

And Christmas morning Charli got a guitar,

a doll box (okay she was being silly),

a Dora umbrella,

and puzzles.

One present was an aquarium but it took us a few weeks to get it up and running.

And then on January 2, 2011 we went to Woody's in Bayport for a friend's bowling birthday party. Here she is with Kelci.

And here's Violet and her mom Stephi.

Now I am as current as I have photos. I'll try not to wait so long between posts.
